MSNW earned a ranking of 42, improving substantially from last year’s rank of 50. The Business Pulse magazine article notes that the companies on this year’s list generated almost $4 billion in sales altogether.

2021 Business Challenges

At MSNW, we encountered numerous challenges over the course of 2021 including the major issues written in the article. These include rising inflation, the ongoing supply chain crisis, and the second year of the COVID-19 pandemic. MSNW leadership has pushed our team to overcome these challenges and more, in order to instill positive trends including a consistent increase in sales and low turnover. Our turnover rates are currently 69% which is far below the industry standard.
