Janelle Bruland is the visionary founder and CEO of MSNW Group: a company she started in her living room in 1995 with a handful of employees and transformed into a multi-state industry leader with over 500 team members. MSNW has been named one of the Fastest Growing Private Companies by both Inc. Magazine (9x) and the Puget Sound Business Journal.
Janelle’s passion for leadership and building exceptional teams has earned her numerous accolades, including the James E. Purcell Leadership Award, SBA Washington State Business Person of the Year, and the Nellie Cashman Woman Business Owner of the Year.
She is also a bestselling author of two books: The Success Lie: 5 Simple Truths to Overcome Overwhelm and Achieve Peace of Mind, described as a “Must Read for Those Seeking Success” by Success Magazine, and Your Way Back to Happy: How to Turn the Pain of Your Past into a Future of Freedom, Purpose, and Peace.
Kristina has been with MSNW since 2015 and is responsible for the strategic growth of the company. She specializes in relationship building, contract negotiation, organic sales, and sales process management.
Kristina’s previous experience includes customer service, account management, and business development positions at Recology CleanScapes and ABM. She attended Whitman College, where she earned a BA in Psychology.
Kristina is a Board Member of Building Service Contractors Association International (BSCAI) and is a Certified Building Service Executive (CBSE).
Devin joined MSNW as Director of Operations in 2024, bringing over a decade of experience in facility services across business development, operations, and senior account management. His focus is straightforward: build strong teams, sharpen processes, and deliver reliable, high-quality service to every client.
Devin holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and has earned some of the industry’s most respected credentials, including the BSCAI Executive Leadership Academy, Certified Snow Professional (CSP) designation, and the American Hospital Association T-CNACC certification in Non-Acute Care Cleaning. Before his career in facility services, Devin served in the United States Air Force in the Special Warfare Department.
Outside of work, Devin enjoys skiing, boating, staying active, and time with his family and two sons, ages 4 and 2.
Wyatt is a seasoned professional with a decade in the garden nursery and landscaping industry. With an agricultural business degree from the University of Wyoming, Wyatt brings a unique blend of expertise to the MSNW team.
Upon graduating, he spent some time as the general manager of a retail nursery for 3 years. After relocating to Washington in 2022, he found his place at MSNW.
Wyatt is a BSCAI Registered Building Service Manager (RBSM) and Certified Snow Professional (CSP).
Payton serves as Director of Human Resources at MSNW, a role that reflects both her professional expertise and her lifelong connection to the company. Her family started MSNW the year she was born, and she began working with the organization at age 14 in a variety of administrative and special project roles.
In parallel with her career, Payton spent the last decade earning her Master’s and PhD in Counseling Psychology. Through her academic journey, she developed a strong foundation in human motivation, contextual influences, and the importance of well-being, principles that directly inform her approach to Human Resources.
Driven by a genuine passion for people, Payton focuses on employee well-being, sustainable work practices, and fostering a supportive, inclusive company culture. She brings both psychological insight and strong skills in statistical analysis to her work, using data-informed and people-centered strategies to help individuals and the organization grow together.
Kari brings over 30 years of experience in business development and has spent the past decade in the facility services industry. She joined MSNW in 2025 and is passionate about building relationships, meeting new clients, and providing solutions that address their facility challenges.
With a client-focused mindset and consultative approach, Kari helps facilities find the right services to support their needs.
Outside of work, Kari enjoys traveling with her husband, attending concerts and theater performances, cooking, and visiting family in California and Colorado.
