Janelle Bruland, Founder & CEO

Janelle Bruland is an entrepreneur, business leader, and performance coach who inspires others to live highly engaged, impactful, and successful lives. Janelle is also the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of MSNW, a company she founded in her living room with a handful of employees. Today, MSNW has grown under Janelle’s leadership into a regional facility management company. In fact, MSNW has been named one of the Fastest Growing Private Companies by both Inc. Magazine and the Puget Sound Business Journal.

Terell Weg, Director of Development

Terell Weg is responsible for the strategic growth of the company. Since accepting this position, Terell has worked to have MSNW recognized as a Fastest Growing Company by Inc 5000 for seven consecutive years. Terell currently sits on the Board for BSCAI, and she is actively working towards her CBSE designation. When she’s not working, Terell enjoys volunteering and spending time with her husband and their three sons.

Frank McIntyre, Chief Financial Officer

Formerly the Enterprise Finance Controller at Whidbey Telecom, Frank McIntyre is MSNW’s newly hired CFO. He is a driven and passionate finance leader who values the importance of teamwork in transaction processing. After earning his MBA in Accounting and Finance from Western Washington University, Frank went on to work for companies including Sunrise Identity and Lockheed Martin Information Technology. We’re glad to have him as a part of the MSNW team now.

Mike Pullman, Director of Operations

As the Director of Operations, Mike Pullman works to plan, organize, and direct the operations and special services department. He keeps the MSNW team focused and on track. Mike regularly visits with our clients and inspects services to ensure account retention. When he’s not busy making sure operations at MSNW are running smoothly, Mike enjoys volunteering with Relay for Life.

Scott Nally, Director of Human Resources

Formerly of Tyco International and Central Coca-Cola Bottling Company – just to name a few! – Scott Nally now serves as the Director of Human Resources at MSNW. Nally is a seasoned professional who earned his MBA in Organizational Behavior and Industrial Relations at the University of Maryland. He has worked all over the country including in North Carolina, Virginia, and Chicago. When he’s not busy at MSNW, he enjoy spending time with his family– especially his grandchildren!

Jim Norris, Director of Safety

Working to ensure the MSNW team follows proper safety procedures and protocol, Jim Norris is our Director of Safety. With his help, MSNW was awarded the BSCAI 2012 Safety Award for the medium size company category. Norris genuinely cares about the safety of not only our team, but of our clients as well.

As President, Terell is responsible for overseeing the day to day operations at MSNW. She ensures that the company is prepared and equipped to fulfill its contractual obligations. She also works closely with Branch Managers and takes an active role in assuring excellent service. Terell has worked for MSNW for over 20 years in almost every role at the company, from cleaning banks over the summer in college to Director of Sales and Marketing, Director of Human Resources and numerous operations roles. Terell is a Certified Building Service Executive (CBSE) and currently sits on the Board for BSCAI. When she’s not working, Terell enjoys volunteering and spending time with her husband and their three sons.

Kristina has been with MSNW since 2015 and is responsible for the strategic growth of the company. She specializes in relationship building, contract negotiation, organic sales and sales process management. She earned her CBSE last year. Previously, Kristina held customer service, account management and business development positions at Recology CleanScapes and ABM. She attended Whitman College where she earned a BA in Psychology.

Jason has 31 years of experience in Facilities Management which makes him an expert in the field. He has a proven ability to direct and develop teams, engage stakeholders, internal support groups and vendor partners in achieving successful results. Prior to joining MSNW, Jason was Vice President and Director of Real Estate, Design, Construction, and Facilities at Columbia Bank. Jason studied Facilities/Construction Management at University of Washington.

Byron Cooper has been with MSNW since 2007 and is a career veteran in the landscaping industry.  As the General Manager of the Landscape, Maintenance and Winter Services divisions of the company, he leads his teams with a passion to extend the life of our client’s buildings and keep the public safe and healthy.  He is certified by Washington Association of Landscape Professionals and served on WALP’s board of directors for several years. Before joining the MSNW team, Byron owned his own landscaping company for more than eight years. In his personal time, Byron enjoys coaching youth sports and spending time with his family.

Michael brings over 18 years of Management, Sales and Operations experience to MSNW. Previously, he served as National Account Manager at SupplyWorks. Michael also served in the United States Air Force, where he received the National Defense Ribbon, and Service Achievement Medal. Member affiliations include Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA), International Facility Management Association (IFMA), International Sanitary Supply Association (ISSA) and MBE. He is located at the Portland, OR office.
